2. Overview

We process personal data as necessary to operate this website, respond to enquiries, and perform and invoice paid consultation bookings. We do not use your data for advertising without consent and do not sell personal data.

3. Hosting

The site runs on rented servers / cloud infrastructure (application, database, file storage). Connection data (e.g. IP address, time, URL) may be processed in server and security logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies and local storage

We only use technically necessary cookies/storage, in particular for language preference (cookie “NEXT_LOCALE”) and remembering the cookie notice (localStorage). We currently do not use analytics, marketing or social tracking cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Booking and payment

Via the booking wizard we collect name, email, phone, optional practice/position/message, preferred appointment and consultation format. After successful payment we store the booking and create an invoice.

Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal retention for invoices).

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. / affiliates). Required payment data is transmitted to Stripe and may be processed in third countries (e.g. USA) under appropriate safeguards (including SCCs). See https://stripe.com/privacy

Incomplete checkout drafts may be stored temporarily to complete payment and prevent abuse.

6. Customer portal / invoice download

With email and invoice number you can access a paid invoice. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7. Contact by email or phone

We process the data you provide to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

8. Retention

Enquiries: until handled, then statutory periods if applicable. Booking/invoice data: typically up to 10 years under commercial/tax law. Unpaid checkout drafts: only as needed. Cookie/notice storage: until you delete it or the cookie expires.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: hello@praxisforfuture.de
